Cuttack: A fire broke out at Sadguru Kovid Hospital in Jagatpur, Cuttack. It is suspected that the fire was caused by a short circuit, while two fire engines arrived at the scene and continued efforts to contain the fire. The situation is said to be critical as the ICU caught fire. The fire is said to be under control. The fire broke out at Sadguru Kovid Hospital in Jagatpur. The cause of the fire was not immediately clear. The Cuttack district magistrate, CMC commissioner and DCP chief reached the spot and shifted the patients. Twelve ambulances were reportedly being brought from Cuttack for this purpose. Serious patients have been shifted to various hospitals in Cuttack.
