Bhubaneswar: PCC president Niranjan Patnaik has written a letter to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik alleging irregularities in the management of the Bhubaneswar Metropolitan Corporation (BMC). He alleged that the BMC was “indifferent” to the people of Bhubaneswar. Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation. He wrote that this was not the time to do politics and that he had not written the letter politically. But as a citizen of Bhubaneswar, he is informing the Chief Minister of the views of the townspeople. Everyone, regardless of class or class, is angry about it and the newcomer knows what to ask. Therefore, the Chief Minister should instruct the Chief Secretary to review the situation.
The PCC president wrote that if the time was right, people’s anger would have taken the form of agitation. But the situation of the Burmese is different. So people are tolerating it. He hopes the chief minister will take legal action. All the issues raised by the senior Congress leader, who was previously the health minister, have been raised
