Bhubaneswar: There will be agitation from block to district over various corruptions of the state government. The BJP today formulated a plan to continue the agitation for a full three months, not a day or two. BJP state vice-president Bhrigu Bakshipatra said in a press release that the party would take up political activities as per the decision taken by the state executive. In particular, the party will expose the irregularities and corruption in MNREGA, Covid management shortcomings, general distribution, Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme, Camp Fund, DMF fund and so on. Will demand action with evidence. So the Kovid rules will be followed by the party to take up the agitation program.
“According to the decision taken by the state executive, from September 1 to 15, all parties in the state will raise the issue of irregularities in the MNREGA scheme,” he said. The party will reach out to the general public through a press release. From September 14 to 20, there will be agitation at every district level over irregularities in the MNREGA scheme. Letters of demand will be issued to the district governors. Similarly, from September 20 to 30, a claim will be filed against the state government for its poor management. Demands for corruption and irregularities in the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme will be filed in all blocks from October 1 to 15 and local government governors will be issued with proof of irregularities in the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme from October 14 to 20 at the district level. , A claim will be filed in the block office in that regard. The team will also take to the highways with waterlogged farming areas and fertilizer and farmer problems. In addition, the BJP has said that it has decided to agitate on the financial issues of the OMBABARDC and the 14th Finance Commission.
