Bhubaneswar: The office of Bhubaneswar Lok Sabha MP Aparajita Sadangi has been opened ahead of schedule. On the day of the office sealing, the BMC said that its office was being closed for 15 days, but four days after the sealing, the BMC reopened its office today. The action was taken by the Bhubaneswar Metropolitan Corporation on the basis of video footage of Aparajita’s birthday celebrations. The MP alleged that the BMC had taken this step by violating all the rules. “His office should not have been sealed,” he said. “The BMC has exercised such authority even though it has no power,” he wrote in a letter to the BMC commissioner. “It simply came to our notice then.
