New Delhi: Due to the Kovid-18 ban, there will be no joint or integrated parade or any (Beating Retreat) at the India-Pakistan Wagah Attari border this year on the occasion of Commonwealth Day. In addition, no general public will be allowed to visit. Notably, a joint parade is organized every year by the armies of both countries on the Indo-Pak Wagah Attari border on the occasion of Commonwealth Day. It is widely seen on both sides of the aisle. However, no public will be allowed to visit the Attari border this year due to the Covidium-18 barrier. A senior official of the Border Security Force (BS4F4) said that India would hoist and land the flag as per its schedule in view of the Kovid-18 blockade. Moreover, the sweets that were offered to Pakistan at the Attari border at various times by India after the relations with Pakistan became bitter are no longer being done.
