The young IAS officer of the 16th Haryana Batch was working in the Prime Minister’s Office before the young Finance Minister arrived. He was involved in the preparation of various incentive packages. He has played an important role in the preparation of the self-reliant India package. Debashis Panda Debashis is the secretary of the financial services department.
