Bhubaneswar: All government and private colleges and universities in the state will be reopened from November 11. The Department of Higher Education has issued a notice. Colleges and universities will be open for students taking the final semester exams, it said. The decision was taken in view of the improvement in the status of Co-18 in the state and the loss of tuition. It has been informed that colleges and universities will be opened based on UGC guidelines.
