According to a report by Al Arabia News, Jaish al-Adal was formed in 2012. This terrorist organization operates in Sunni majority areas of Iran. This Sunni hardline organization is called the Iranian Terrorist Organization. This has caused many terrorist incidents in Sistan-Baluchistan, the southeastern province of Iran.
In the past few years, Jaish-al-Adal has attacked Iran’s security forces several times. Jaish al-Adal claimed responsibility for an attack on a police station in Sistan-Baluchestan last December, All Arabiya News reported.
