Dubai: India captain Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma have maintained their dominance in the daily ICC rankings released by the ICC. Kohli ranks first and Rohit second in the list released on Wednesday. Similarly, Australia’s Steve Smith remained unchanged at the top of the Test standings, while Kohli came in second and Marnes Labusan, one of the Australians, came in third. Indian wicketkeeper-batsman KL Rahul, on the other hand, came in second in the Twenty20 rankings, while Pakistan’s Babur Azam came in first and Australia captain Aaron Finch in third. In addition to Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara (9) and Ajit Rahane (10) are the top 10 Indians in the top-10 Test standings.

In terms of bowlers, Indian fast bowler Yashpreet Bumdhara finished second in the day, while Australian fast bowler Pat Cummins took the Test and Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan topped the Twenty20. In the team standings, India were second in the day, while England were at the top. India finished third behind Australia and New Zealand in Tests, followed by Australia and England in the Twenty20s.
