NEW DELHI: Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani last year announced the acquisition of UK toy brand Hamless Global Holding Limited. According to a Bloomberg report, Reliance is now planning to expand Hemless Global Holdings Limited. The report states that Hemlock plans to open stores in England, Western Europe, Australia, the United States and Canada. The company is taking action at a time when other toy companies are closing shops and firing people.
Hemless Global Holding Limited is under Reliance Brand Limited. Last year, Reliance bought the UK toy brand Hemless Global Holdings Limited for about Rs 420 crore.
