The country’s leading Navratna company National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has been named the best employer among the 2021-national manufacturers for the first time. Similarly, it has been recognized as the best place to work for 15 consecutive years by the Great Place to Work Institute. NTPC is the only PSU in India which has been consistently recognized as the best workplace in the country. Out of 50 companies, NTPC is ranked 38th this year. Similarly, this year NTPC has also been nominated for the Best Employer in India award. The Union Ministry of Energy said that GPTW’s promotion to the Best Workplaces list every year is a testament to the company’s corporate culture and vision.
