Bhubaneswar: Epic4 has implemented the State Reform Action Plan 4-2020. In the past, it has successfully sanctioned the District Reform Action Plan, seeking permission from the central government to borrow an additional Rs 1,724 crore. The State Reform Action Plan is one of a list of 301 recommendations from the Central Government’s DPIIT. The central government has asked the states and union territories to implement all these recommendations to improve the business environment by facilitating the establishment and management of industrial establishments. With the successful implementation of this reform, Odisha is expected to be even more attractive for investment. Ekipol coordinated with 18 departments and agencies to implement the state reform action plan. Investment, labor reform, mass mobilization, and trade disputes were key components of the reform process. With the reform, various departments and agencies in the state will be able to provide 4 services online and on time. Epic4 has successfully added six services from five departments to the state’s single-window system Go-Swift. One of the major reforms introduced during the implementation of the State Reform Action Plan is the elimination of the need for online automatic renewal of six services or the renewal of certificates / approvals and licenses.
