Bhubaneswar: Police Commissioner Dr Sudhanshu Sadangi gave a detailed statement at a press conference on the incident of Prabhakar Sahu alias Jambu, a sweet shopkeeper in Samantarapur. “Two beetle killers have been arrested in the case,” he said. The killers were identified as Ashutosh Mohanty and Srikanth Bishwal. Both have been arrested from Baliguda Dumudibandha in Kandhamal district.Abhijit Nayak has also been arrested in connection with the keeping of the two criminals at home. So far, seven people, including the main accused, have been arrested in connection with the incident. The accused will be produced in court, the commissioner said. He hopes that the victims will be brought to justice. The police commissioner also thanked the police officers who had arrested the culprits. Shambhu later insulted Dilip instead of returning the money. When Dilip’s son found out about this, he told his friends Shritik and Ashutosh to give him a drink. Srikkanth and Ashutosh returned from the scene in broad daylight after the killings. Earlier, the commissioner of police arrested five people and took them to court. King Behera, the mastermind of the killings, has surrendered in court.
