New Delhi: E-commerce companies are not complying with the country’s laws. They do not perform well at the maximum retail price of goods (MRP), which country goods, and the name of the manufacturer. So a petitioner from Ghaziabad has appealed to the Delhi High Court to order all these to be written well on the material. The case is set to be heard this week. Consumers are having a hard time because of all these details. In addition, e-commerce companies have been accused of failing to comply with the Madhya Pradesh Consumer Protection Act (ECOM) Act 2020 and the Legal Measures (Packaged Commodities) Act 2011.
