Dehradun: The National Security Guard (NSSG) will be deployed at Haridwar to provide security during the 2021 Kumbh Mela and take action against anti-social elements. Uttarakhand police made the announcement on Wednesday. The decision was taken after discussions between NSSG (IG Operations4) Major General VS7 Ranade and Uttarakhand Police Commissioner Ashok Kumar at the Kumbh Mela to discuss the issue. Will be credited. The “NSSG” team will also train our “Anti-Terrorist Squad”. The Haridwar Kumbh Mela will last for 7 days instead of three and a half months due to the epidemic.
