Bhubaneswar: The state finance corporation has decided to expedite the debt collection process. It will soon send a notice to the borrower. It will tell customers to repay the outstanding amount as soon as possible. As of March this year, the corporation had to repay the principal amount of Rs 255 crore and more than Rs 3,000 crore to 424 borrowers. Customers who fail to repay their loans on time will have their property confiscated in accordance with the law, and the loan will be repaid through the four. It has been decided to expedite the process of recovering the debt by resolving the pending cases in various courts. The activities of the corporation were reviewed under the chairmanship of Satyabrata Sahu, Chief Administrative Secretary and Chairman of the Corporation, MSMEE Department. It was decided at the meeting that the arrears would be repaid immediately to improve the status of the corporation.
