So Pratap became the doorman of the Bhubaneswar Vigilance Division. According to Vigilance, Pratap had summoned Dr. Behera to Sardeipur Road in Uttarakhand to pay the money. Dr. Behera was caught taking bribe money at around 6pm this evening.
