Cuttack / Mahanga: Former Panchayat Samiti chairman and BJD leader Vikari Swain was today arraigned in court in connection with the murder of Kulmani Baral and Dibyasingh Baral in Mahanga. He has been remanded in custody pending bail. The vicar opened his mouth about the incident as he was being taken to court by the JMFFC.
